Waze e Google Maps sem voz no Mylink - Onix 2019

Faz uns tempos deixou de funcionar o som do waze e do maps no Mylink do meu Onix Activ 2019. O Spotify funciona perfeitamente, mas quando o waze ou maps deveriam falar, só diminui o volume da música e não se ouve nada.

Alguém com esse problema conseguiu solucionar? alguma ideia?
