Bom dia.

Tenho um Ônix 2016 modelo 2017 e veio nele um rádio AM FM de fábrica. Ao trocar a bateria o mesmo ficou solicitando um código junto. Eu inseri e aí pediu de novo. Lancei o mesmo e agora aparece a informação SEGURANÇA e não aceita mais nada.

Segue imagem do mesmo.

O que fazer?
