Pessoal bom dia.

A trava elétrica da portinhola do combustível do meu onix (1.4 LTZ-2014), não esta abrindo, alguém já teve este problema? Sabem me dizer se tem como abrir manualmente? Sabem me dizer qual é o acesso para substituir o motor da trava?
